The QUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from
Contractors for the Roof Replacement at State Aided Development: West Acres (705-2)
in Quincy, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by GAROFALO
DESIGN ASSOCIATES, INC..
The Project consists of but not limited to:
Roof replacements and related work.
The work is estimated to cost $687,000.00.
All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 08/08/2025 at
3:00PM EDT for general bids.
Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by
M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive.

The QUINCY HOUSING AUTHORITY, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Contractors for the Roof Replacement at State Aided Development: Snug Harbor (200- 1) in Quincy, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by LEONARDI ARAY ARCHITECTS LLC.
The Project consists of but not limited to:
Replacement of roofing, gutters, downspouts, rakes, and fascias; air sealing of attic areas; and attic insulation for the upper roof only
The work is estimated to cost $301,324.00.
All bidding Requests for Information (RFls) shall be submitted online by 10/29/2025 at 2:00PM EDT for general bids. This project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted.
