Scope of Work

1. Remove all existing shingles from the entire roof(s) of building, including all flashing at the edges and base of all penetrations.
2. Install new drip edge on all lower edges of roofs.
3. Install 36” minimum Ice and water shield at lower edges of all roofs.
4. Install underlayment to remainder of roof area.
5. Seal vent pipes with pre-molded pipe flashing.
6. Install New metal side flashing and lead counter flashing around chimney base.
7. Install new architectural grade shingles to entire roof area on upper and lower roofs. Including new ridge vent.
8. Removal and disposal of debris must be included in bid quote.
9. Current Certificate of Insurance with Holbrook Quincy Housing Authority listed as Additionally Insured will be required upon award to the successful bidder.
10. Prevailing wage rules apply.
11. Specification available upon request.
