The Quincy Development Corporation (QDC) is the Quincy Housing Authority’s nonprofit affiliate, whose mission is to be an innovative leader in the acquisition and development of affordable housing in the City of Quincy to serve low-income families. We achieve our mission by cultivating partnerships with the City of Quincy, developers, and financial institutions to facilitate affordable housing creation for the Quincy community and serve as catalyst for change. The Quincy Development Corporation currently owns and manages 3 properties in the City of Quincy. How to Apply for State and Federal Public Housing:
You may apply for housing in different ways, depending on where you choose to live. The State has created a state wide waiting list for the State Public Housing Portfolio, called CHAMP. https://publichousingapplication.ocd.state.ma.us/. You must apply to the State wide waiting list in order to be offered a unit in one of our State assisted developments.

If you wish to apply for Federally Assisted Public Housing, you must apply directly to the Quincy Housing Authority.
