NO SMOKING is allowed on any of the Quincy Housing Authority properties.
Large breeds of dogs are not allowed. The pet policy prohibits any breed of dog over 30 pounds at maturity.
If you are offered a state subsidized family unit:
- Rent is 27% of your adjusted income
- Tenant pays for heat and electricity
- Tenant supplies their own refrigerator
If you are offered a federally subsidized family unit:
- Rent is 30% of your adjusted income
- QHA will supply a refrigerator
- Electric and gas is included
